Crazy People

I live in Chicago in a neighborhood called Garfield Ridge. Its not a expensive area in Chicago but its not low income either. Im out mowing my lawn today and a crazy, crackhead comes up to me. As shes flicking a bic lighter on and off she askes me "Can I bum a smoke off you?". I politely told her I dont smoke, which I dont. Then she askes me " Can I have a $1.50 to buy one?". WTF!!!
